Lease Art

Art leasing allows you to refresh your surroundings as often as every three months. Art creates a welcoming environment for visitors, soothe patients, stimulate conversation among colleagues as well as increase work productivity. It’s a great way to encourage and support the arts and diversity.

You can select our artworks on your own or work with one of Artists of the Americas’ consultants.

• Leasing contracts are for 3 month increments.
• After 3 months, you can purchase the work, continue to rent, select new work or terminate the rental contract.
  
• 40% of the rental fee is applied to the purchase price.
  
• Leasing payments can be deducted as operating expenses.
